Imagine conducting business without having to manually

fulfilling the financial reporting forms to the tax authorities, KRS,

Center KPRM or CSO. How then would benefit from the time to conduct

own business? Only if this is possible? As shown by the

other countries the answer is simple – YES. Just all of us will:

administration, organization, business.

An example for us to be Australia. There, the above solution

already exists (the SBR). Entrepreneurs do not have to repeatedly

counterproductive to repeat the same activities related to the transmission of

the same financial data only because the various authorities

innovative solutions that significantly reduce the time of their operations.

Entrepreneurs are aware of it. 37% of them indicate the transition from mode

paper to electronic mode as a way to increase the efficiency of their work

performed for the administration. Be said for the convenience, time saving

and money!

Many public institutions requires us data related to our situation

financial. Revenues, expenses, profit – all of this information, and are interested in

required by all: tax authorities for tax purposes, the CSO – the

statistical purposes, the CO KPRM – for information. It is only

Part of the recipients. If interested in the same information, why

the entrepreneur must provide to each of them separately. Do not be sufficient

send them only once?

Of course, this possibility exists. Just the will to cooperate in order to

harmonization of information exchange. Its effect may be to create an electronic

reporting platform, to which the trader will send a complete

set of information, and various public institutions to download the ones they are

needed. All electronic, quickly and efficiently.

Harmonization of reporting would be beneficial to all. Facilitate

daily functioning as both traders and administrations.

So let’s do everything possible to such a solution arose.
